yes, i know the christmas season is like, officially over... but we're never too old for some cool toys, are we? here's a catalog entry for a toy jean-lucien and i actually had. we all know barbie had her corvette, but the glamour gals had a car, too... a slightly smaller, slightly more 'rednecky' pontiac firebird. i remember every inch of this cool little car. it was well-made, and seated two 'gals' comfortably in the front. like an actual firebird, i don't think there was much room in the back at all. but i remember the trunk really opened. and i think it came with a couple pieces of molded plastic luggage that i don't think opened; i mean i don't think you could actually put anything in them. but yeah, the car was actually pretty cool. i know we got plenty of 'fun' hours out of it. whether it was a christmas present or not, i can't tell you. could've been a birthday, i don't know.
