yes, i know its a bit late... like, its after midnight, so its technically tuesday, but monday, november 10th, would've been roy scheider's 76th birthday. and what can i say about dear roy? my hot chief brody. the celebrity birthday site describes him as: '...amity's heroic police chief martin brody.' and who can argue with that? i suppose i should say he was also excellent in 'the french connection,' 'klute,' and 'all that jazz.' but my heart belongs to chief brody. i found this photo today, and i'm tempted to classify it as 'rare,' on the grounds that i know i've never seen it before. so, wherever you are tonight, sweet roy, just remember i'm blowing a kiss. you can protect my 'tourist' swimming bod on 'those beaches' anytime. and hey, i wouldn't exactly say no to a little 'mouth-to-mouth,' if you know what i mean.
