she's sexy and seventeen... actually, it's 70's model ingrid thulin. i actually had a copy of this issue. it fell into my hands by sheer accident. 17 magazine was so much bigger in those days... like, close to the size of a newspaper. jean-lucien and i found a bunch of them hidden away someplace in the house in morganton, nc. i'm sure i read it completely. thanks to this wild machine, i get to see and dig on the cover again. miss thulin can also be seen in the mostly-forgettable 'the last tycoon,' ...an elia kazan film from the mid-to-late 70's co-starring a young robert de niro. i love this cover. and i miss that house. i'll probably never see it again.
