hot pink wheels, to be exact. hey, if you know me at all, you know i love vintage car ads from the late 60's and 1970's. and sure, there are groovier car-and-van ads out there in the cybersphere, but i chose this shot because of the model. yes, the girl in hot pink, astride the bubble-gum car is none other than angela dorian. also sometimes known as 'victoria vetri,' the actress. yes, she's on my magic movie screen more often than i'd like to admit, due to her marvelously pretty and vital portrayal of terry gionofrio in roman polanski's thriller 'rosemary's baby.' yeah, she's the first chick the 'devil people' try to knock-up with the devil-spawn, only with tragic consequences. she's cool, she's chomping her gum and doing her laundry... (in the movie) ...she seemed so happy and full of... oh well, here she is in some groovy white sandal-heels and a barbie pink go-go shorts get-up. and if you click to enlarge to read the print, you'll learn that she was also a 'september delight,' centerfold, that made her way towards the honor of 'playmate of the year.' hey, i wonder if her 'brother in the navy' has her picture pinned up in the submarine. hey, angela-and-or-victoria, wherever you are... i think you're very terriffic.
