i remember when i was a kid... some rhyme about 'jack spratt could eat no fat, his wife could eat no lean?' hey, i couldn't help but think about that rhyme when i was checking out this mid-70's shot of a skinny-skinny, translucent cokey david bowie and soft-and-sultry 'gettin' heavy' suntanned miss elizabeth taylor. man, you look at a shot like this, and just from the visual information alone, you can totally envision liz 'taking' mr. bowie in a wrestling match. once again, this pic appeals to me on a very 'studio 54' level. man, could he look more skeletonized? she looks great, actually... like, i don't think she was too big at ALL at this point. hey, i wonder what those two had to talk about? who to make a 'buy' from? like, 'fame,' in general? i can't imagine it went much deeper than that.
