is it really so strange?

yes, some girls like brad pitt, shirtless with a cowboy hat in 'thelma and louise.' some girls like colin farrell, all sweaty and stubbled and strutting around... some girls like russell crowe, fighting lions and crap... or that orlando bloom in a blouse, fighting pirates... but i must be pretty weird, because the sexiest thing i saw in the movies all year was gary oldman as james gordon in 'the dark knight.' annnnd i can't even explain exactly why i found him so hot in that role. it wasn't just the glasses, although they did suit him, it wasn't just the lush, dark, slightly-unruly swept-back hair, or the official-looking neck tie... or the chiseled features, or the understated american accent. it was everything. he just gave off a quiet sort of sexiness that made me want to reach through the screen and drag him 'behind closed doors' so i could dose him and get his wild, kinky side to come out. kind of like when guys cornily dream of seducing the buttoned-up secretary... as seen in the 'goody-two shoes' video. (by adam ant.) (...mmm, no kidding.) i guess when you put it that way, its really not so weird of me after all... to wanna get the shy guy to 'cut loose' and 'get sexy.' i mean, if it works for female secretaries, it could work for lonely, pent-up, shy police commissioners too. yeah, he was infinitely hotter than christian 'increasingly weird' bale. and i purposefully chose a rather non-dramatic picture of gary in the role to prove my point. like, if i had a job where i had to work in close proximity to gary looking like that, i'd freak... freak from wanting to 'bed him down.' (hey, lucynell... what's your favorite goldman look? if its this look, we might have to like, fight it out or whatever.)
