f is for fox ...edward fox

mmm, i lovvve the fox brothers. i was going to describe edward as the 'lesser-known' fox brother, but i suppose that sort of depends on who you talk to. i think its safe to say i first noticed the lean and sexy edward fox in his role as 'mr. oxenby,' the abrasive shakesperean actor in peter yates' 1983 backstage drama 'the dresser.' he also stole scenes handily as the charismatic explosives expert sgt. dusty miller in the 1978 war...romp? 'force ten from navarone,' where he uttered the memorable line, '...we cahn't just sit here like ducks in thunder.' he's handsome, smooth, and has a very welcome spot on the 'planetcool' official alphabet. he was also in 'gandhi,' but its been so long since i've seen that, i really can't cite anything groovy he might've done in that. who was the sexier fox brother? well, i go back and forth on that one. hey, why can't i have both? both, in my imaginary harem of smooth and handsome british actors?
